Frequently Asked Questions

You may manage Voicemails directly through the initial login screen.



To Play simply click on the Play button on the left side of the New Voicemail Messages Pane. Keep in mind, you will need Headsets or Speakers to listen via the Portal.

Deleting Voicemail: Click on the X sign
Saving the Voicemail: You can save the Voicemail on the system and mark them as read by clicking on the small icon similar to a floppy disk.
Downloading Voicemail: You can download a copy to your Computer by pressing the Download Button.
Forwarding Voicemail: You can forward a Voicemail to another user or extension via the Forward button. Simply enter the extension and press the right arrow.
Playing the message on your Device: If you do not have Headsets or Speakers, you can call your extension to play the message. This can be a physical phone or Mobile App.
Returning the Call: Whether it is an extension or an outside caller, you can use the Click to Dial feature.

To access the Voicemail Management, please click on the Messages Tab.

Here you will see New, Saved or Deleted Messages.
Keep in mind, deleted messages are removed on regular basis.

To access your Greetings, go to Settings Option.



Greetings are located in the Greetings section of Messages Settings.

You can play the current recording via the Play button.
You can download that Greeting via the Download Button.
You can Select from a list of Greetings. You may have specific Greeting for Holidays, Vacation or Out of Office.
To Manage the Greeting, click on Manage button.
Accessing that option will give you a screen with all the Greetings.
You can add a Greeting via the Add Greeting option.
Within this window you can Upload or Record a Greeting. To record, enter the name of the recording, for example: Away or Holiday. Then click the Call button. It will dial your extension on a Desk Phone, Web Phone or Mobile App.
In case you do not want your voice on the Greeting or settings it remotely without access to your extension, you may select our intuitive Text-To-Speech option.
You can choose from several different voice-overs by clicking on the Voice Selection. By clicking on Play button you can listen to the recording in the selected voice. Click on Save once you are done and Done button on the bottom.
Now you will have that recording as an option to select. You can have multiple Greetings for various occasions.

Click on Save button on the bottom of your your screen.

How to change Voicemail PIN (Password)

On the right hand side you will see your name.
Click on it and a drop-down menu will appear.
Select Profile.



Scroll down until you see: Change Voicemail PIN section.

Enter 4 to 8 digits.


IMPORTANT: 
Do not use the following PIN numbers:

1234, 4321, 1231, 12345, 54321, 123456, 654321, 0000, 1111, 2222, 3333, 4444, 5555, 6666, 7777, 8888, 9999, 00000, 11111, 22222, 33333, 44444, 55555, 66666, 77777, 88888, 99999, 000000, 111111, 222222, 333333, 444444, 555555, 666666, 777777, 888888, 999999.
