Once you receive an email with the subject: Xcitium Enterprise Staff Verification

The email will look like the following:

Click: Accept Invite



Create your password:



Enter your email and password to login:



Follow the prompts to setup your 2FA, this is required.
Once your 2FA is setup, you may close your web browser and log into the Remote Control App installed on your computer.

Click the start button (windows icon) and search for "Comodo Remote Control" 



Enter your Username and Password.
Leave the location default as "Europe"
Click the checkbox: Stay Signed In



Enter your 2FA code:



This icon means the computer is turned ON and connected to the internet:



This icon means the computer is not connected to the internet and may be turned OFF:



To Connect to a computer, Click the connect icon over the machine you'd like to connect to:



The remote connect will now load. Simply Close the widow to end your remote connection.

To start a file transfer to move files between computers, Click the file transfer button:
Simply Close the widow to end your remote connection.



The following screen will open for file transfers:



Drag and drop files are needed or just the following buttons to transfer Left (your computer) to right (remote computer) or vice versa:



Create or Rename folders using the following buttons:



Keep track where you are, by looking at the top bar, Up Arrow will travel up (back) one directory:



Your file transfer, upload to the remote computer or download from the remote computer progress will show in the bottom box:
